After one, two glasses or maybe a bottle of wine, and an unprecedented amount of episodes of Sex and the City. I finally realized that the wisdom of Carrie Bradshaw is life changing. Although the show is about a 30-something year old career driven woman roaming NYC with no commitments other than her 9-5 & regular order at the corner bar her outlook on relationships are the last things I should be looking too for advice, but honestly I kind of dig it. Its honest, not a painted picture of how love/ relationships should be but exactly how love/relationships are. Key lessons I've learned for Carrie herself. Her relationships are choppy but her life is glamorous and from her mistakes i've learned some valuable lessons. here are three important lessons i've learned as a 21 year old from miss Carrie Bradshaw herself.
There are a few goals I have recently set, and I know it's almost 6 months into the year, but better late then never right? To be honest, this post is more for me than anything else. I am 100% the person that sets a goal, but if I don't write it down or have someone to keep me accountable for my word chances are I wont achieve my goal. And if I don't feel motivated and excited about something then I will lose interest. A perfect example would be this blog, for a year I said I was going to start a blog, it NEVER happened. Once I made the blog, "I got too busy." If you look back you'll see it was created in October of last year, and I just started posting consistently. So I'm here to make a list of just a few things I want to accomplish or keep working on for myself, and my future.
